Roger: "I don't understand why I'm so tired all the time"
Pat: "You just finished a 6 week cancer treatment 3 weeks ago that takes at least 6 weeks to recover from and then you just had cataract surgery 3 days ago that takes a couple of weeks to recover from. So what I don't understand is why you don't understand why you're so tired. That's all I'm going to say about it."
Roger: "yea, I guess"
